You can even check if the seller is looking for another game, and if you happen to own the other game you can offer the seller a trade.

Do I have to register to use Game Trades?

No , you don't have to register to use Game Trades, as a matter of fact there is no registration at Game Trades. You simply add a game up for sale or trade and wait for responses though your regular email.

Is it FREE to add my games up for sale or trade on Game Trades?

Yes it is free and will always be free.

How do I add a game up for sale or trade?

You can click the "Add Game" link in the navigation bar or the "Sell & Trade" button in the top right hand corner. After that simply fill in the form and your game will instantly be added.

How can I edit my ad?

You can edit your ad by clicking the "Edit My Ad" link in the navigation bar, you will then enter your email address. Game Trades will then display all the games you currently have up for sell or trade. After that simply click the "Edit This Ad" button and enter your secret code.

How can I remove my ad?

You can remove your ad by clicking the "Edit My Ad" link in the navigation bar, you will then enter your email address. Game Trades will then display all the games you currently have up for sell or trade. After that simply click the "Remove This Ad" button and enter your secret code.

How do I reply to an ad?

If you wish to contact someone regarding there game, simply click the "Email Trader" button and send the user your message. After that all communications will dealt through your personal email.

How does the transaction take place when I purchase a game from Game Trades?

After you talk with the seller/ buyer by phone or email you can arrange a meeting location in which the transaction will take place. The transaction occurs in real life so there is no need for shipping and waiting for games to arrive.

What kind of postings are prohibited?

At Game Trades we want to make your game shopping as easy and pleasant as can be. Our Add Game form must be filled out appropriately. There may not be any foul language, threats or pornographic material whatsoever.

Is Game Trades available in other countries?

Can I trade a game with someone outside of my local area ?

Although Game Trades is designed for local game swapping, you can if you wish to trade with another gamer outside your town. However, please note that Game Trades is not responsible for the actual transaction, this means that you are taking a risk by shipping out your game to the recipient.
